Account Responsibilities
When you create a BloomTales account, you agree to:

Subscription and Billing

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google policies
- Cancel anytime through your app store account settings
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:

- ✗Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
- ✗Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated content commercially

Content and Intellectual Property
BloomTales and AI-Generated Content
All content, including AI-generated stories, audio, graphics, and software, is owned by BloomTales or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your Content
By providing information to customize stories (child profiles, preferences), you grant BloomTales a license to use this information to generate and deliver personalized stories. You retain ownership of your personal information.
Child Safety and COPPA Compliance
BloomTales is designed for children and complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act):
